Our purpose
Mr. Claus House brings people together through kindness, caring, gratitude, and joyful conversation. Through the developing Claus Cause initiative, our goal is to build opportunities to support children and charitable organizations. We ask everyone who visits to respect that purpose and the people who participate. Buying a visit is a service purchase; it is not represented as a tax-deductible donation. Any specific charitable fundraising offer will state its own approved details.

Mr. Claus House exists to encourage kindness, caring, gratitude, and connection. Sexual content, child exploitation, threats, hateful abuse, bullying, scams, and other harmful or unlawful uses are prohibited.
We take reports of serious misuse seriously. When misuse comes to our attention, we will review it promptly and take appropriate action, which may include terminating access, disabling shared recordings where technically possible, and documenting relevant information lawfully. Credible suspected criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and we will comply with applicable reporting requirements.
We are continuing to strengthen our safeguards. Permission to download or share a recording never authorizes harmful use or implies endorsement by Brother Claus LLC. This policy does not mean every conversation is monitored or every violation can be detected. Respectful conversations about sadness, grief, or other difficult feelings are welcome.
Who may start a visit
An adult must arrange the visit and remain present when children participate. Do not provide sensitive information about a child. This is an interactive AI experience for entertainment, not a real Santa or a source of professional medical, legal, or emergency advice. AI responses may be inaccurate.
Your recording and sharing
Before starting a paid visit, make sure everyone taking part agrees to be recorded and that you have appropriate permission for any child. On supported browsers the paid visit records automatically; camera video is optional. You may download and share your recording as a family greeting or a lawful business or organization message, provided you have participants’ permission and follow these terms. Do not claim endorsement or a partnership without our written permission.
Recording and sharing depend on browser and device support. Save your recording before leaving the page. Creating a sharing link uploads your recording; anyone with the complete link can view it until its seven-day expiry. Downloaded or externally shared copies may remain after expiry. See the Privacy Notice for details.
Respect our work
Using the service does not transfer ownership of our platform, branding, code, or protected original materials. Apart from the permitted use of your recording, do not copy or resell those materials without permission or misrepresent yourself as Brother Claus LLC or an authorized partner. These terms do not claim ownership of general ideas, lawful independent creations, or assets belonging to third parties.
Payments and connection problems
The selected visit length and price are shown before checkout. Free previews have the limits displayed on the website. If payment succeeds but Santa does not connect, or you experience a serious delivery problem, contact support before paying again so we can review the booking and discuss an appropriate remedy. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights.
