1. Check picture and sound
Use the listening device that works best for you: your phone or computer speakers, earbuds, headphones, or hearing aids. Turn up the volume. Tap Play test video and sound. You should see moving colors and hear a tone.

Check your volume, mute setting, and connected headphones or hearing aids. Try again in your usual browser. If this test still fails, please fix it before paying.

Tap Check my microphone, allow access if asked, then say a few words. This is only a test. Santa is not connected and won’t answer yet.
2. About your recipient’s device
We can only check this device. This is an interactive Santa card. Your recipient needs to see and hear Santa on their screen, and a working microphone with browser permission to speak with him. They do not need to turn on their camera. They can type instead and hear Santa’s replies. Their device is checked before the live visit starts.

Your recipient opens the card to watch Santa’s saved greeting. The prepaid conversation follows the greeting when microphone access is allowed. Anyone holding the link could use its single visit, so share it only with your intended recipient.
Share the card link yourself
Copy the private link, then paste it into a text message, email, or another messaging app. You send the message from that app.
