Before you begin
A parent or guardian must remain present. This is an interactive AI Santa experience. Before paying, check your microphone and speakers, headphones, earbuds, hearing aids, or other connected audio device. If a check fails, fix it before checkout. During the actual visit, wait for Santa’s greeting before speaking.
Keep this tab open through checkout. Your paid time begins when Santa connects after you choose Start my Santa visit.
Required before payment: test your microphone and sound. Your camera is optional. Checkout becomes available after you choose Use this setup.

Use your device’s volume controls if you cannot hear it.
2. Say hello
Say a few words and watch the indicator move. This is a microphone test; Santa is not connected yet.
3. Appear with Santa (optional)
A camera is optional. A microphone that detects sound and confirmation that you heard the chime are required before checkout. If either check fails, this device is not ready for a voice visit. Check browser permissions, volume and your connected devices, then try again. These checks do not upload or save a recording and cannot guarantee that a live connection will remain stable.
